Surfersvillage Global Surf News, 3 January, 2013 : - - Xcel and the University of Hawai’i Cancer Center are excited to announce the Xcel Race Against Skin Cancer, a standup paddle race along the iconic Waikiki shoreline to raise awareness for skin cancer.
